A graduate of New Mexico Military Institute and Lehigh University, Bill Armstrong, Jr. is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of the family-owned Armstrong Construction Company. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Mountain States Insurance Group in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a member of the New Mexico Military Institute Board of Regents, President of the Chaves County Development Corporation, Vice President of the Conquistador Council Boy Scouts of America, and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
