Stephen B. Wolfe recently joined Armstrong Construction Company as the Chaves County Area Estimator. He retired from the soft drink industry where he managed a sales and warehousing operation for nineteen years. Prior to that time, he was employed in the construction industry, working for several years with a family contracting firm in Roswell, New Mexico.

Wolfe has been active in the community for many years, serving on several boards and committees. He is a past president of the New Mexico Soft Drink Association and presently serves as a board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Pecos Valley. Wolfe has a marketing degree from Texas Tech University, and is a retired Naval Reserve Officer.
