Charles Yslas joined the Armstrong Construction team in July 2002. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and handles all safety and human resource operations at Armstrong Construction Company.

A retired educator, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master's Degree in Administration from Eastern New Mexico University. Charles is a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam era.
